It was a suitable option for a weekend in Appleton with good value for money. The hotel was noisy, and we had issues with the room condition, but the staff was friendly when addressing our concerns. Make sure to check if room keys are working before settling in.

Our first room key didn’t work, and the staff informed us that the initial room looked clean but wasn’t. In the new room, we faced numerous issues, including a non-functioning TV and a dirty shower, which was disappointing. The towels were so thin they ripped after light use, and to top it off, two lights were burnt out in the room. The next day, we encountered more problems when our room keys didn’t work again and had to be rescanned.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was questionable. the shower wasn’t up to standard, and the towels were thin and ripped after just one use.

Request clean towels upon arrival, as the ones provided may be too thin and easily damaged.

The hotel had nice facilities including locker rooms, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool to relax after a long day. Breakfast was decent but could use more seating.
